Dick Hutchinson went to Miami of Ohio
College in Oxford, majoring in Industrial Engineering.
After graduation, he taught Labor Economics at the
University of New Haven and got a Masters in Financial
Economics from Trinity College in Hartford. He then
became a registered Investment Advisor, a calling he
still practices in Northford, CT when not sailing in the
Sound. In 1969 he married his college sweetheart,
Barabara Lawson from Toledo, OH. They have one son,
Blake, who is a recent graduate of Rice University and an
inchoate stock analyst. Dick has taken a very active role in the continuing affairs of the school, soliciting support, and organizing our very successful 25th and 30th reunions. He is putting his heart and soul into organizing our 35th reunion. Hutch is our official Class Spiritual Adviser. Click here for a more recent photo.
